Terri serves as Reflection Point’s Director of Operations, joining the organization after a lengthy career in operational, professional development, and executive support roles with top-tier professional services firms that include McKinsey & Company, Oracle, and PwC. In parallel to entering the workforce, Terri had every intention of pursuing a fine art degree at the Cleveland Institute of Art but the “how and why” of cities piqued her curiosity and she found herself at Cleveland State University’s Levin College of Urban Affairs where she attained a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies. A northeast Ohio native who transplanted to Chicago in the late 2000s, you can often find Terri enjoying one of the city’s incredible international restaurants, poking through a thrift store, or wandering along a wooded trail with her feisty Belgian Malinois, Mila.
